Help your child avoid digital eyestrain

As many of us continue homeschooling our children, they are inevitable spending more time in front of screens. Ian Cameron has compiled this video with tips on how to help them avoid digital eyestrain, with his very able assistants. The advice applies to adults too, so hopefully helpful for the whole family.
Some of these suggestions may also help your child avoid developing myopia (short-sightedness) in the longer term.
