Your child’s sight is precious. Good vision helps them to learn, play and communicate with the world around them.
The number one piece of advice any eye care professional will offer is to ensure they have regular eye examinations. The sooner any issues are identified, the better the outcome.
In addition, eating a rainbow diet, full of colourful fruit and veg, as well as fish, eggs and grains will give them lots of eye-friendly nutrients. And always ensure their eyes are protected in the sun.
